Frequently being provoked by the idea of existence and disappearance led by bottled up feelings regarding my mother’s illness ended up being a personal quest. This work explores the idea of the intangibility of life. Each individual has intangible experiences with variables such as memory, joy, grief, and love. The mapping of intangibles initially started from the idea of a presence being felt in the absence through still photographs, text, photomontages, and videos. By using these mediums, I draw the connection between the intangibility of the digital medium and that of life itself.
