‘Here comes tomorrow, saying good bye!’
Because we are often preoccupied with our daily routines and engaged in the digital world, we begin to take relationships for granted, and we don't even realize it. We forget how essential it is to value healthy family relationships. My video-based work took a turn after I lost my grandmother in late 2021 who was an integral part of my previous projects and videos. My family members and I processed this grief by spending more time with each other and by playing games, chatting, and creating fond memories in order to deal with the sense of loss. By recording regular, casual, and unpretentious moments, I highlight the simple acts of compassion and sentiments that I believe strengthen my relationship with my family
