I became interested in examining indoor and outdoor spaces of my house when renovation started earlier this year. My work talks about the personal experiences of these spaces, questioning the existence of our surroundings and how human nature possess the ability to adapt. I observed the changing nature of spaces, the processes of renovating, rebuilding, shifting and transitioning. How human beings negotiate the discomfort, of how the spaces used to be, how they are now, and what the relationship of the new space will be to them.
