Power and Erasure
My art explores the concept and ideology of someone/something being silenced or erased. My work talks about the use of power and possession to silence people, communities, and ethnicities. The society is controlled by the few elite who decide the code of conduct of life and the rest of the population is forced to remain under a false consciousness and believe everything they have been told by the few controlling individuals and institutions.
