The advent of the fourth Industrial Revolution has led to Cyberspace becoming an integral part of our daily lives. This shift in our economic, cultural, and social hubs from the physical to the cyber-spatial realm has fundamentally altered the fabric of our lives, from the way we interact with one another, to the way we work. Workplaces now functioning as networks connected via digital technology allows the new worker to function as a Digital Nomad. However, this digital revolution, along with its opportunities, comes with its own set of unique and unprecedented challenges. This thesis aims to create a hybrid workplace that addresses the workers' social, psychological, and physiological needs for mental and physical rejuvenation, collaboration, spatial multiplicity, and flexibility.
