By using loitering as a concept, the project envisions an operational framework that aims to change the mindset and provide more visibility to women in the public space.
The design intent of this project is to create a space for women, which is comfortable and inviting for them and can be used for loitering, including features such as transparency and ensures the safety of women by creating a women-centric program
